I want to share my experience with Bicycle Transportation Alliance (BTA). Overall, my experience with BTA has been average. The services they provide are satisfactory, but there is still room for improvement. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they lack enthusiasm. I appreciate the efforts they put into promoting bicycle transportation and advocating for better infrastructure, but I believe they could do more to engage with the community. In conclusion, BTA is a decent organization, but I was expecting more.
