I recently used the services of a packers and movers company for my relocation within India. Classic packers & movers - india provided an average experience overall. While the team was punctual and efficient in packing and loading my belongings onto the truck, the delivery was delayed by a couple of days, which caused inconvenience for me. Additionally, there were a few minor damages to some of my fragile items during transit. The customer service wasn't exceptional either, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my delivery. However, the pricing was reasonable and they did manage to deliver all my belongings safely in the end. Overall, Classic packers & movers - india offered an average service but could improve on their timeliness, communication, and handling of fragile items.
