Although there were some positives, such as comfortable accommodations and prompt transportation, I was disappointed with the lack of personalized attention and engagement from the tour guides. The itinerary felt rushed at times, preventing me from fully experiencing the destinations. Overall, I would rate Neptune Travels as an average travel company.
