I recently bought some items from a children's company. The website was easy to use and the products were of good quality. I was happy with my purchase and would buy from them again. However, I didn't think the customer service was great. When I reached out for assistance, it took a while to get a response and I felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not amazing.
