I joined Essex Boot Camp a few months ago and I cannot speak highly enough of it. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The workouts are intense and push me to my limits, but I always feel accomplished afterwards. The community at Essex Boot Camp is amazing, everyone is so friendly and supportive. This is by far the best boot camp I have ever attended!
