I've been attending Pilates classes here for a while now, and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and create a positive and motivating atmosphere. The studio is well-equipped and clean. The classes are challenging but achievable, and I've seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility. Highly recommended!
