I recently hired a tree service through their website arborwesttree.com. Overall, my experience was average. They did a decent job in trimming my trees and removing the excess branches. The team arrived on time, and they were professional throughout the process. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about the services offered. However, I was slightly disappointed with their customer service. It took a while to get a response to my initial inquiry, and there was a lack of communication regarding the scheduling of the job. It would have been better if they had been more prompt and proactive in keeping me updated. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, the customer service aspect left something to be desired. Overall, an average experience.
