I have been a customer of Weil-mclain for many years and I must say that their products are of average quality. The reliability of their boilers is decent, but I have experienced a few issues with their customer service. The staff was not always helpful and it took multiple calls to resolve my problems. Overall, I would rate my experience with Weil-mclain as average.
