I recently had solar panels installed at my home by Bunjil Energy. While the installation process was smooth, I expected better performance from the panels. My energy bills have not reduced as much as I had hoped, and I am somewhat disappointed. The customer service was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, an average experience.
