I had an average experience with Vm Trips. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better option.
