As a CUSTOMER, I have mixed feelings about Sierra studios. On one hand, their website design is impressive and their customer support is responsive. However, there were a few instances where I experienced delays in getting a resolution to my issues. Overall, Sierra studios is decent, but there are areas that could be improved.
