The booking process on cruisesandtours.ca was smooth and hassle-free. The prices were reasonable, and I was able to find a great deal on my cruise. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Despite that, I would still recommend Cruises for their affordable prices.
