I had an amazing experience at Noir Nail Bar! The staff was friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of nail colors and designs. The salon is clean and well-maintained. The nail technician did a fantastic job on my nails and I left feeling so satisfied. I can't wait to go back for my next visit. Highly recommended! 😍
