Sure-fi is an average company. The website sure-fi.com is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The response time for inquiries is quite slow and sometimes it feels like they don't really care about their customers. Overall, I would rate Sure-fi as average.
