I recently hired a private security service for an event and decided to give Securitybulls a try. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the process of contacting them a bit frustrating. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, which made me question their responsiveness. The security personnel they provided were competent but not exceptional. They did their job adequately, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to ensure the safety of the event. On the positive side, their rates were reasonable and they were punctual in arriving at the venue. However, I would expect a bit more professionalism and attention to detail from a security company. Ultimately, Securitybulls met my basic requirements but left me unimpressed with their level of service.
