I had a mixed experience with the Korea Institute of Toxicology. While their services were satisfactory overall, there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The customer service was sometimes slow in responding to queries, and there were a few delays in delivering the final results. However, the quality of their work was commendable, and they did address my concerns eventually.
