I had a less than satisfactory experience at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The room was small and cramped, with outdated furnishings. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, with limited options. I would not recommend this hotel to others as there are better options available in Kuala Lumpur.
