I have been a regular customer of Merilco for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The reliability of their electricity supply is decent, nothing exceptional. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Whenever I have encountered any issues, it takes a significant amount of effort to get a resolution. The website is also quite outdated and could use some improvement. Overall, my experience with Merilco has been average.
