I had an average experience with Nordic Unique Travels. The customer service was decent, but the tour guide seemed unenthusiastic and lacked knowledge about the places we visited. The itinerary was well-planned, but there were some unexpected changes that were not properly communicated. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected better.
