Noir Nail Bar is definitely a go-to nail salon. The staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well-maintained. They have a great selection of nail colors and designs. The nail technician did a great job on my nails and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely be returning to Noir Nail Bar for my future nail appointments. 👌
