I recently started banking with Halykbank.tj and I am quite impressed with their services. The website is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. I particularly like their mobile app, which is very convenient and easy to use. The only downside is that their interest rates are not as competitive as some other banks. But overall, I would rate the company as great.
