I recently availed the services of a luxury car rental company for a special occasion and came across Classic Parade. While their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, my overall experience with the company was average.

The booking process was smooth and the staff was polite and professional. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the car I rented. It had a few minor damages and wasn't as pristine as I expected. Additionally, the car was not delivered on time, causing some inconvenience.

On the positive side, the rental cost was fairly competitive and the car performed well during the rental period. Also, the company offered good customer support and promptly addressed my concerns regarding the car's condition.

While Classic Parade had its ups and downs, I would rate my experience as average. I would recommend checking the condition of the car thoroughly before accepting it and confirming the delivery time in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
