The services provided by Saudi tourist & travel bureau were quite average. Although they were efficient in handling my bookings and assisting me with my travel arrangements, there were some areas where they lacked attention to detail. The tour guides were knowledgeable, but their communication skills could be improved. Overall, I had an okay experience with the company.
