👍 This gym is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The equipment is top-notch, and they have a great variety of workout options. The group classes are so much fun, and the personal trainers are the best. I love coming here and always leave feeling energized and motivated. Island Health & Fitness is definitely my go-to gym!
