I had a mixed experience with Sage erp africa. The software itself is functional and has helped streamline our business processes. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It can be difficult to get in touch with a representative and when you do, they don't always provide satisfactory solutions to our problems. The pricing is also quite high compared to other options in the market. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
