I had a mixed experience with Talent Finder Jobs. While their website was easy to navigate and their job listings were extensive, I found the application process to be overly complicated. It took me a long time to complete my profile and upload my resume. Once I finally applied to a few jobs, I never heard back from any employers. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and it made me question the effectiveness of their service. Overall, I have to rate my experience with Talent Finder Jobs as average.
