I was new to hot yoga and skeptical at first, but Ritual Hot Yoga exceeded my expectations. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and create a supportive environment. The hot room temperature is intense but satisfying, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The studio is clean and spacious, and the class schedule offers plenty of options. Highly recommend!
