However, I found that the customer service experience fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing my concerns. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. The website was good, but the customer service could have been better.
