🤔 As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this company. 🏢 The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, but it lacked a personal touch. 😕 It felt impersonal and generic, making it difficult to connect with the company. 📞 Additionally, the responsiveness was average. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and sometimes the answers felt rushed and lacking in detail. 🗓️ Scheduling an appointment was convenient and the staff was professional. 💼 However, I couldn't shake the feeling that everything was just routine and lacking in genuine care. 🤷‍♀️ In terms of quality of service, it was satisfactory, but I didn't feel like a valued client. 😐 Overall, an average experience that left me with a sense of indifference.
