I recently had the opportunity to use the services of a certain company located in New York City. The overall experience was quite average. I had to follow up multiple times to receive updates on my order, which was frustrating. In terms of the product itself, it was decent, but nothing outstanding. It met my expectations, but didn't exceed them. The price point was fair, considering the quality of the product. The customer service was satisfactory, although I would have appreciated a more personalized experience.
