I purchased a few furniture pieces from Ethan Allen and the quality is good overall. However, the delivery process was a bit delayed and there were some minor scratches on one of the items. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues, but I expected better quality control. Despite these hiccups, I still think Ethan Allen is a reliable choice for furniture.
