I have been a customer of New City Arts Initiative for a while now and I must say, they are doing an average job. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They have a good variety of events and the staff is generally friendly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the overall organization and communication. It would be great if they could provide more updates and information about upcoming events.
