🚶‍♀️I recently used the services of this company to help me with a commercial mortgage. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to gather information and submit my application. 🕵️‍♀️However, the overall experience was just average. The response time was a bit slow, which made the process longer than expected. The customer service team was helpful, but at times, I felt like I had to do most of the legwork myself. 💼The terms and rates offered were decent, but not exceptional. While I did secure a mortgage, it would have been nicer to have more options to choose from. 😕It was an okay experience overall, but nothing stood out as exceptional. If you're in a rush, I would recommend looking elsewhere. 👍
