I have mixed feelings about Sørens rejser. While I had a good experience with their customer service, the overall trip did not meet my expectations. The accommodations were average at best and some of the activities were not as advertised. However, the staff was friendly and tried to address our concerns. I think there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the trips they offer.
