I had a not-so-great experience with a law firm recently, and I strongly feel that they could improve their services. The lawyers were not as knowledgeable as I expected, and it seemed like they were not fully prepared for my case. The communication was also lacking as I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Overall, I wouldn't recommend their services.
