I've been a member at Arbor Crossfit for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers are friendly and approachable, and they really take the time to explain each exercise and proper form. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and they have a wide range of classes to choose from. I highly recommend Arbor Crossfit to anyone looking to get in shape and have fun while doing it!
