I have just completed a course with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and I'm really satisfied with the experience. The instructors were amazing, and the material covered was comprehensive and informative. The Academy's website was also easy to navigate and provided additional resources for further learning. I would definitely recommend their courses to others!
