I recently completed a journalism program at a respected institution. While the program provided a solid foundation in journalism, I found the lack of practical experience and hands-on training disappointing. The curriculum focused mainly on theory, and there was limited opportunity for real-world application. I believe that a more practical-oriented approach would have better prepared me for a career in journalism.
