I recently made a purchase from an online company. The service provided was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer support was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response and the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer support department.
