I had an average experience with Alliance for business and training. The courses offered were decent, but I felt they could have been more comprehensive. The instructors were knowledgeable, but I found some of them to be less engaging than others. The website was easy to use, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of design and layout. The customer service was satisfactory, but I had to wait longer than expected for responses at times. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from Alliance.
