The port of San Pedro has been a quite average experience for me. The service provided by the company was satisfactory but there was nothing extraordinary. The overall efficiency of the staff was decent, and the facilities were in good condition. However, I expected more initiative and professionalism from the employees. There is room for improvement in terms of management and customer service.
