As a customer of doink, Inc., I feel the need to share my experience. I have mixed feelings about this company. While their products are generally of good quality, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. It took them quite a long time to respond to my inquiries and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. I hope they can improve in this aspect.
