I recently tried Long an eggs for the first time and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The balut was cooked to perfection, with a nice balance of flavors and a creamy texture. The service at the restaurant was also excellent, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be going back again soon!
