I recently hired a pet sitting service from a company that I found online. The experience was average overall. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. However, there were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the communication with the company was a bit slow. It took them a while to respond to my initial inquiry. Secondly, I felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other similar services in the area. The pet sitter that was assigned to take care of my furry friend seemed friendly and responsible, but I didn't receive any updates or pictures during my absence, which was disappointing. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and value for money.
