My experience with Woodruff and Associates Travel Company was a bit underwhelming. The staff was not as responsive as I had hoped and there were some issues with the bookings. However, they did make efforts to rectify the situation and ensure I had a decent trip. While it wasn't a perfect experience, I appreciate their attempts to make things right.
