As a customer, I recently visited the Brain & Spine Clinics, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. 🤔 While the website was informative and easy to navigate, the overall service was just average. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but lacked warmth and friendliness, making me feel a bit uneasy. 😕 Additionally, the waiting time was longer than expected, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the clinic was clean and well-maintained. 💯💦 Nevertheless, the consultation itself left me somewhat unsatisfied, as I felt my concerns were not fully addressed. 😔 Overall, I would rate my experience with an average score. Though there were some positive aspects, the lack of personalized attention and long wait times were disappointing. Hopefully, the clinic can improve these areas to provide a better patient experience. 🙏🏼
