I recently visited this urgent care clinic in Shelton and overall, I would say my experience was average. The staff was friendly and professional, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, I did have to wait longer than expected to be seen by a healthcare provider. Additionally, I felt that the communication between the staff and myself could have been clearer. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I would have appreciated more information about the services they offer. The billing process was straightforward and I did not experience any issues in that regard. While I may consider going back to this urgent care clinic in the future, I would also explore other options in the area before making a decision.
