I had a mixed experience with Natural Retreats. The location of their properties is fantastic, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in some areas. The staff were not always helpful or responsive to my queries and requests. Overall, I would rate Natural Retreats as average.
