I have been banking with Dominion Bank for the past five years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Although they have a user-friendly website, I find their customer support to be lacking. Whenever I've had an issue, it takes a while for them to resolve it. Overall, my experience with Dominion Bank has been just okay.
