The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but I felt that the service could have been better. The room was comfortable, but the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the air conditioning was not working properly. The food at the restaurant was average, nothing special. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at Villa Monticello.
